You NEED to go outside and save up money for a PC WORTH buying.

I don't mean to be rude or anything.

Seriously mate, and I know it's already been said but put that money aside and save up. The rig you could buy with that amount of money you might as well go outside and light it.

If you know money will be coming in over time, why don't you do what alot of people do and buy the bits when you see a good deal.

Because I get my money in small amount every now and then...usualy about £20-£30 a month if I'm lucky...and that has to cover for when I'm out...going out, clothes etc :/

You could get a job. Really not hard thing to do, just gotta look. I had a job when I was 16 so I know its not hard.
Though you could go without a pc for awhile and save up. In the end it would be worth it. Anything less then a C2D and a 8800gt would be a waste when you can get these parts for pretty cheap these days.
A Pentium 4 or D would be a total waste with any modern video card as it would be bottlenecked like crazy. Its one thing if you want to put a 6600gt or 9800xt into the p4, but a new videocard is pointless.

Get a C2D overclocked to at least 3ghz and a 8800gt/4830 or better, this setup will play any game better then a console. Excluding BF3 as it doesnt scale down that well.
