Well if you can get those MB's you mention in combo with the i5 the Asrock is the best option IMO.
Or get the Asus Maximus IV Gene Z Gen3 if is cheaper.

Quality RAM too. Muskin starts with 1.35 V, hence a lot of head room for RAM overclocking. This is not to say Corsair is bad.

Honestly, if I were you I would buy Intel 320 80 GB instead. Despite being SATA 2, it beats OCZ Agility and Vertex in terms of real world performance.

Between 60 GB and 120 GB, 60 GB is fine for most people. I only use 120 GB because I store virtual machine in SSD as well.
