S-Video to TV

Thread Starter
On a regular basis, I watch things on my TV from my computer, through S-Video cable. However, when it's on my TV, the screen it stretched, which is watchable, but I was wondering, if theres any way you can adjust the video? As far as changing it on my comuter using VLC, it doesn't affect the video on my TV. Sorry if this is hard to understand.

When I have the TV on single display, and change the resolution, then play a video, it does the same thing. When I watch, I just haveit playing full screen on my tv, while on my computer, I can still surf websites, do whatever, and it doesn't interfere with the TV.
