Rig

corsair 750w
asus p7p55d le
Noctua nf-p12
corsair vengeance 1600mhz 9-9-9-27 , 1.5v
9800gtx+

Cpu 1.35v
Imc 1.25v
dram 1.5
pll 1.8
pch 1.05

load-line calib auto

cpu ratio 20x
bclk 200
ram 1600mhz
qpi lowest 6407

What should i try/do to make it stable?? smile.gif

I can't remember if the 750 has 21x multi but if you do then try to use that instead of 20x.

After that I'd increase the IMC voltage to around 1.35 (worked for most P55 boards I've tried including my P7P55D), but if that's not enough you're good to go all the way to at least 1.4v

If that doesn't work, start going up with your vcore. Also good to all the way to 1.4 or 1.45v if your cooling can take it.

But yeah, would be pretty helpful if you could tell some of the BSOD error codes, might help us diagnose the issue.

I had to set my voltage to 1.39 or 1.4 to get 4Ghz stable. I have just reinstalled windows to an SSD so I am currently at stock. I will be booting back into my everyday 3.8Ghz shortly but I can hop into the 4Ghz profile too. Try a Vcore bump first and I will keep an eye on the thread.

if you're aiming for that 4GHz then use 191 BCLK with 21x multi. That'll make your RAM frequency drop a bit but that shouldn't be an issue, besides you can continue with OCing the RAM after you've stabilized 4GHz.

FWIW mine is stable at 20 x 200 but it took a fair bit of tweaking.

BTW my RAM is rated for 1.65v which could mean my setup wouldn't work for you irrespective of any chip to chip nuances.
