The best mouse is subjective. I could tell you the best mouse that uses 125 Hz is $10. It depends on your grip and sensitivity (cm/360). Best tell is those first.

The classic MX518 can only do 125hz out of the box. I hear the old Razer Krait isn't too shabby either.

There are mice that let you adjust the polling rate to 125, 250, 500, or 1000 Hz.

Deathadder, Mionix noass 5000, either way all we can really do is pull out random gaming mice until we find out what kind of grip you use, and what other requirements you have.
