Does anyone noe where i can buy a motherboard for pentium d that will allow it to overclock up to 4.0+ ghz.......<= 100 dollars....THANKs ALot

Here - $80 + shipping for one great mobo. Although there's never a guarantee that any specific set of gear will achieve a given OC, that board will give you a very good chance of getting there.

As Taeric said, never a guaruntee. But with that budget, you don't really have a better chance with anything else. I have a 920 (first revision, B) on that board and got it to 3.96 before temps with the zalman 9500 stopped me. It's at 3.8 now with pleanty of headroom just no time to tweak it and test it higher.

With a good aircooler, case airflow and that board/CPU.....very good odds.....

Working out the terms of the deal in the for sale section is up to the parties involved. As with any online transaction, you should check out the seller first. Check his trader rating on this site and any other references you feel are needed. I've personally dealt with him before, or else I wouldn't have suggested that as a good alternative.
