I have a question about the 500gb and 1tb models question. I have both but it seems to me or according to the benches im getting that the 1TB model is significantly faster than the 500GB model. Is there a reason for that? I have included my benches of my results I was just wondering if these speeds are normal with these particular models.

Neither is in raid or is short stroked or even partitioned for that matter. Both benches are just the basic default settings.

nvm lol i figured out what my mistake was. I'm an idiot and just now realized for the past 6 months i have had the wrong 500gb drive in my comp. The model number on the samsung f3 is hd502hj and the one i accidently put in there is my hd501lj which is a completely different drive blushsmiley.gif
