Problem is you can't tell what is the average overclock at this time. If they wanted to make something interesting and accurate, they would have to test more than one cards and make a graph comparing the base performance and performance increase with other cards like the GTX580, GTX590 and 6990.
They could be limited by a bad product or they could have a golden card representing a fraction of all the cards this is why they must limit their overclock performance comparison to something reasonable, attainable with every 7950.Edited by Just a nickname - 2/3/12 at 8:37pm
