So does anybody have a link to the old minecraft maybe? 1.1

And i get this weird noise from my computer when in the minecraft menu... anybody else or am i just imagining things? Its a quiet squelching noise comming from either my PSU or Graphics card.

I get the same thing from my GPU. I never used to have it when I had my 460, but my 580 whines whenever I'm running something with really high fps and low load or when I'm folding.
