My ram speed is 19xxmhz I don't know exactly rite now

You guys are assume I can't until I get home in gonna ring this computers bell

well, you could try mtbiker033's bios, if it works, then great, but even then you should try and mess about with some values to optimise for your setup.

and if it doesn't work straight away, then it should give you a rough base to work upon.

there really isn't a lot we can do until you get your hands on your pc and start tinkering. post back once you've tried to overclock it, and we'll try to help more from there smile.gif

p.s. i'd recommend running your rams within spec, at least when you're trying to find a stable cpu overclock first. if you're rams are rated at 2000+ mhz, then 19xx is fine, but if they're actually rated at 1600 or 1866mhz then lower the ram speed accordingly

I agree, use my settings as a guide, set your ram to rated speed and voltage and have fun with it!

There is a lot that comes in to play with 2000+ memory. CPU-VTT/QPI v's, CPU clock skew, CPU pwm amplitude, just to name a few if your trying to reach 4.2GHZ

Ya my ram is rated at 2133mhz so I think I'm good with my current ram speed and I know it sucks I'm not at home to tweak things as I get more info but all you guys are helping alot your giving me a knowledge base to work off of so when I get home ill know what to do..

Off subject: but I'm only home two days every two weeks so I'm trying to do me research now thanks again for all your input
