Thread Starter
ok last year I had an idea of making an old tool chest i made at school into a case its a big chest so i could most likely fit 2 systems into it. The one issue im thinking about is motherboard trays for it, should i buy 2 cheap cases and take out the trays? or make my own custom ones with custom cable holes also making the opening door for it i have figured out which, I will be taking the current ply wood off and putting some see through acrylic over it. so please throw down some idea's ect smile.gif

Well, if you build your own trays, you get the holes right where you want them, and don't have to adjust to the holes in a pre-made tray. If you have the resources, make your own. However, if you need to go cheap, you can usually find old desktops for cheap or free locally. Talk to your local PC repair shop and see what they can offer. thumb.gif
