800D has the room and better layout for watercooling the extended boards.IMO

Actually the 800D only supports up to E-ATX whereas the CS2 supports up to XL-ATX (although there aren't many boards this size). Either is great and you cant go wrong with either case, but CS2 IMO thumb.gif
