Yep, cheaper Anti-Static bags only have the antistatic properties on the outside.

@OP Just use your Anti-Static wrist band correctly and you will be fine. thumb.gif

I would personally worry more about grounding issues than ESD killing your components.

a little update:

So i built everything and found out I fried my mobo and gpu....






Psyche! The build went beautifully. Took a long time (3 hours) but that was because it was my first build and I had the Tv on. I did end up making a couple of extremely bad mistakes that very well could of fried stuff but when I turned it on everything worked perfectly. I am surprised how easy it is to build a pc although when I was handling the cpu and placing the mobo in the case my heart rate was probably 120+. Anyways thank you guys for answering my questions, I appreciate it alot!
