I need some quick help on how to install car mods into GTA 4. I have installed OpenIV 0.9 since it seems to be what you need but am unsure on what to do next..

Wnating to install this: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/2010-bmw-7-hamann-f02-f9991

Thanks

There are TONS of tutorials around for this.

Certain tools need the game to be a certain version as well. If you've updated, you may need to copy your saves and reinstall.

I believe it is updated to the most recent. I am trying to extract the 2 different files for the BMW but I need WinRAR which Chrome can't load the page. Site might be down frown.gif

Ah! I have WinRAR and followed the steps. My only question is how can I get the car to spawn in the game? I don't want to wait around to find an Admiral, so can I just use commands or something?

Far as I know you can only use cheats to get uncommon vehicles, but you can install a trainer from one of the GTA mod sites.

No prob. I know it's a pain to get started modding GTA 4 since there's several ways to do it, and so many mods don't work with certain versions.
