Can someone please explain to me why if you have a case that is built for liquid cooling then why do the holes for the fans not line up with the holes on the radiator. Thanks

your probably using a different size fan.

the most common radiator and fan is 120mm. most likely your trying to use a 140mm fan on a 120mm radiator.

measure both of them.

Sorry let me be more specific, the top of my case hase two places for radiators 120 to 480 and if you lay the fans in place they line up,but if you lay the radiator there and line up the first 2 holes on either end the rest end up past the rest of the holes in the case.

ROFLMAO!!! lets just say it must have been an optical illusion because I attached the fans to the rad and layed it in position and damned if i didn't see the top of every screw through the holes in the case!!!

So i took the fans back off and looked again and what it was is the damn radiator is so long that the angle i was looking at it from instead of moving in to position over all the holes made it look like they were not lined up.thumb.gif
