Good Yet Comfortable Gaming Keyboard

Thread Starter
Hello everyone. I have finished off my build but I need to decide on the keyboard to get. I want one that has a comfortable wrist rest, LED so I can play in dimmer light, and preferrably anti-ghosting + macro keys. My budget for this is now $105. Thanks.

EDIT: If the keyboard doesn't have a wrist rest, I will be getting the Belkin WaveRest Gel Wrist Rest - Wrist pad too.

LEDs are a bit unnecessary. I'd really suggest something like a CM Storm Quickfire for little bit more than 60$, but it will DEFINITELY be worth it if you buy one.

I messed around a little with my build and found some same parts for cheaper, so now my budget is bumped up to $105.

Then i would recommend the CM storm quickfire rapid. $80 bucks at microcenter. I LOVE it.

no, its trash. The spacebar on it sucks, I had 4 of them and they all had the same issue. Tore it apart to see what was going one... found out it has a garbage stabilizer and the domes on the sides of the spacebard dont get hit only the center dome does (the black pegs are too short on the bar) so if you press on the side of the space bar you have to press super hard to get the center dome to register.

I would avoid the G510.

if your willing to spend that much on a dome keyboard why not get a mechanical keyboard? You can get a DAS for around 110 with a student discount.

The loudness of the keyboard turned me away.

EDIT: But I can reconsider.

Logitech has never steered my wrong.

I have the g15 and its awesome. If you want a low profile keyboard, the razer lycosa is sweet. Low keys and nice matte finish.

pick or poison!

Thanks for the suggestion. Is there a way to make the mech keyboards not as loud? Like a technique?
