3930K availability?

Okay, so I am contemplating a new build and am considering X79 (also considering Z77 but don't really feel like waiting). I want a RIVE which I can get right now but I can't find a darn 3930K anywhere! Anybody have any idea as to when the 3930K's will be available? I can't wait to get started on my new awesome build!

Also, I have an AX850 that I plan to recycle from my current build. Will that be enough to power a 3930K/RIVE with dual 7970's? I know that the 7970's are less power-hungry than my 580's so I'm thinking I'll be okay with the 850W PSU...

You will be fine. My 580's caused my total system wattage to be higher than when using two 7970's.

They should be available soon. Right now they are already available in most parts of Europe as well as Canada.

It will be out pretty soon (within a month is my estimation). C2 stepping (fixed VT-d bug on C1 stepping) is making its way to the merchant.

Saint Louis has 1 in stock.

Columbus has 1 in stock

I'm sure others do too. The end to the drought is near!

Note the people on [H] have confirmed they are indeed C2 stepping.
