I cant justify the premium over £5 paracord, and the density of paracord is nothing to complain about.

That was before sparks started to fly, literally redface.gif
One of the LED strips glue wasn't holding it up and had become loose, not only was there a lot of sparks but the solder joint had come apart as well and these are a pain to get soldered with the £5 soldering iron I own tongue.gif

So today 4/1/2013 is Project Skeebs first birthday!
This is a fairly large landmark for not just my machine but also myself in the past year I have found out a lot of new things and broadened my knowledge of this area which I would not have come to if I had not been redirected here from another forum. The last year has also been a turning point for me and my life and future prospects, I now have a firm foothold into the career I wish to peruse in the future and also had a lot of fun. I won't pretend to know anything not by a long shot but this past year has been a steep, very steep learning curve for me, not only in academics tongue.gif, but also in the knowledge of that black box which I used to consider a computer. But now thanks to all of you and the rest on the internet I now look past that shell and can see the real beauty inside.
Don't worry this project is long from over, but not too long hopefully tongue.gif Stay tuned for some update in the near future.
Happy 1st birthday Skeeb hopefully the next year can be as good as the last.
