If you're willing to compromise on a couple small things like front USB3, you can get a similarly-sized Silverstone SG05 (with 450W 80 plus bronze power supply with two PCIe power) and motherboard for about $200:

SG05/SG06 are even shorter in the long dimension than the Shuttle, so longer graphics cards will not fit though. A longer and more expensive SG07 or SG08 would have an overkill power supply for the job and would fit and be able to run your GTX 470 easily.
