Bullet camera with phone line out?

I have a bullet camera that I know nothing about. It has what looks like a regular phone line as the output cable and that is it. There are no markings on the camera that I can see. It came with a "Radio AV Receiver" and a simple "adapter" I guess you could call it. It takes the phone line out from the camera and plugs into the dc 9v plug and video out on the radio av receiver. Any ideas on what I can do with this or how I can hook it up to my PC or at all? Here are some images.

Are there any other model numbers / markings on the box? The phone cable, or RJ11(or what ever RJ## cable that is) are used in all kinds of connections from all kinds of electronics. If that box has a video out, you just need some kind of recording or tuner card to use it on your PC. Honestly it seems kinda old and prolly has a low resolution. Depending on the kind of radio you have in your car, you could set it us as a reverse camera or something like that, lol.

Well, if the camera can plug into the box, then try plugging that video out cable into a TV and the box into the wall and see if you get video on it.

it might be an IP camera. i dont know much about them but yea they broadcast their feed through the internet rather than video cables
