i just clean my filters when they look dirty. =) it's about once a week.

It is a "7" file. Or that is what 7-zip identifies it as. Also, it has an application, but it just closes itself faster than I can see what it does. I am not sure it is working right.

Nevermind. The application launches, and then scurries to the notification area of my taskbar, and I can't see it unless I click the arrow.
