Opinions on the Ikea Fredrick

Thread Starter
Okay guys well the time has come for me to purchase a new desk as I am currently using a square card table lol. Anyways I could order the Ikea Fredrick for $122 shipped from Ikea the dimensions are 54" x 28".

Does anyone have this desk? I have a 27" monitor, it should fit fine right?
Also if you do have the desk do you mind posting some pictures of it?

Anything is appreciated, thanks for your help.

Thinking of buying one myself to use while I refinish my Jerker.

You can see lots of setups here

I have the Fredrick now...it's pretty good, but hopefully I'll be getting a Galant once I get more space in my room (ie: move again). It's a great desk if you are tight on space. I also have a 27" monitor and it fits nicely, but if you have more than one monitor (especially at that size) you won't really be able to fit both comfortably on the Fredrick. I am in a small room now, so I had to get a desk that allows me to store things vertically, not horizontally like the Galant or other desks are better for, and as such the Fredrick isn't the most sturdy out there (especially on carpeting) but if you are trying to save space, it's probably one of the best desks you can find for the price.
