BSOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh dear, someone save me.

I have had so many problems recently (started after having same components for.. 6 months) with the exception of brand new ram.

It's a pretty simple rig..

Sabertooth990fx /w 1090T @ Stock 1.45v's
16gb of OCZ Vengance @ Stock 9-9-9-24 "1600mhz" - 1.5v's
GTX295..
SSD / HDD's
And to power it all a Corsair HX750w..

Anyway down to the point I have had various "System_service_exception" / "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT" bsod's

I have.. done a fresh build of windows.. ram is brand new.. so I don't understand..

chkdsk /f
sfc /scannow

Both pass... and so does memtest.

020412-28048-01.dmp 04/02/2012 15:03:07 PFN_LIST_CORRUPT 0x0000004e 00000000`00000099 00000000`0011c49a 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+80640 NT Kernel & System Microsoft® Windows® Operating System Microsoft Corporation 6.1.7601.17640 (win7sp1_gdr.110622-1506) x64 ntoskrnl.exe+80640 C:\Windows\Minidump\020412-28048-01.dmp 6 15 7601 292,128

Now basically this is a quick dump, the only problem seems to be the "ntoskrnl.exe" alway's with a bugcheck of 4e.. or similar 4.

Madness.. to the point of me wanting to RMA this mobo.

I've been getting a ton of BSODs lately too, Pop in an ubuntu disk and do a mem test. All of my errors were different, every crash. 1b, 124, 80, etc. Always said the reasons were different, but memtest found a bad stick of ram. Popped it out, been going good since.

Funny thing is I tested the ram in another rig (Both sets "Old" and "New") just for sanity.. and they all seem fine.. and I have used a single stick in each slot .. just to check.. :/ and this did not resolve the problem.

Weirdly enough, I changed the Timings on my ram slightly.. and lowered the speed to ... 1333mhz which is what AMD boards are supposed to run ram at.. set slightly higher voltages across my whole rig.. and turned ECC off.

And have had one in the last 24 hours (which is better than 50) so will work on the issue progressively, if it is a motherboard issue I'm glad I have lifetime warranty.

I have also heard.. some AV's and programs can cause these BSOD's (Daemon tools etc)

They are so hard to narrow down 0.o

Well, I still recommend you run memtest. Bad RAM has always been the problem to my BSOD's. While other things can cause the issue, it is safe to assume it is the ram if it is a constant problem. Just because you can boot and run for a while doesn't mean the stick is good. My bad stick would boot and run for over 2 days, but it was a specific memory event that caused it to freak.
