I can run most people through instances doing single target DPS after the initial CL pull. If you die once I rezz you. You die twice I rezz you and warn you next time you walk. You died the third to ?? times you're walking back, hurry i'm still killing dudes...
They get the idea pretty quickly that I don't need the help and dying isn't helping them at all. Buff me and loot the mobs is all I ask.
None of which is going to help any of the low lvls I'm trying to run through. Not to mention what happens to me when they pull too much. So little I can do to keep them alive.

In a really friendly guild they can be useful. In most guilds all priest will try to become shadow and when asked to respec they will complain with "well so and so is doing it". I find the best way would be to take turns. But then you hear the whole gear complaint. Going to be even harder at lvl 70 when raid spots will be fewer(just my thoughts). I had to remove a shadow priest from my zg raid. Not because he/she was bad. I just decided to give the last spot to the holy priest.
