I have a gtx 480 that gets to about 110 degrees Celsius and then shuts off. Does anyone know why this would happen and is there a way to fix it? Thank you

First things first, how's the case airflow? Twin Frozr designs require good side air flow. I have 2 intake fans on my side panel and my 470 @ 800/1950 doesn't go above 73c. With no side intake fans, temps easily reach into upper 80s and 90s(Yet still okay for Fermi).

Second, it could be a bad seat. Reseat it with some quality thermal compound.

I have four 120mm intake fans on the side. My other 480 doesnt do it, highest it gets is 69 degrees.
