Faulty Motherboard??

Hey guys

Ive been having real problems with my rig and now I think it may be motherboard related. It just keeps crashing and re booting in gaming or sometimes even just at idle and then it takes ages to get booted again as it either wont boot or will freeze in a loading screen somewhere. Its not ram cos i replaced that, not psu cos ive tested that, im fairly confident its not cpu or gpu because i ran tests on them and they seemed to be ok. Is this something a motherboard problem can cause at all?

Is it overclocked? run at stock settings.

Load optimized defaults in bios. Manually set RAM to rated specifications (frequency, timings, and voltage). Run memtest86+ and see if it passes. It could very well be the memory making you crash.
