XFX, BFG or eVGA nVidia 7950 gx2?? - Page 3

The price for the cards is determined by the prices that EVGA lists on their websites. You must also pay shipping and handling. So basically the answer is no you would still have to pay for your 7900GTX probably somewhere in the range of $70-120.

I have 4 EVGA cards and have been very happy with them. At one point I had a fan go bad so I called um up and told them and sent me one right out. So I go with EVGA.

I have the eVGA 7950GX2 and GPU core is only 500 and memory is 1200 I was only able to OC it at 570 core and memory 1520. Just broke the 9k 3dmark06 score a minute ago. And the card runs at idle 60c load at 84c = HOT, I even have a 120mm fan blowing on it. I am planning on sending the card back and buying a eVGA 7900GTX at newgg 374.00. I would go 7900gt but I dont want to mess with volt mods and extra cooling for the 7900gts. I just wish they would have worked the drivers out on the 7950GX2 for SLI already. Very poor performance increase in SLI.

I've never owned a EVGA, but I've had 2 bfg's and one xfx now and they've all worked beautifully. Altho I've never had to deal with either customer service I know BFG is fantastic when it comes to replacing or fixing broken cards, and I'm pretty sure xfx is good about it too. Anywho, I think you are good with just about any of those 3 companies from all reports.
