Cases that provide good cooling?

Well I currently have an Antec 1200 Gaming Case which probobly does a decent job of cooling my system, however it makes a lot of noise and is the prime reason for 80% of the computer noise I hear, when I turn it on low, NOTHING makes a sound, not even with SLI graphics card.

Heres my setup;
EVGA Classified 3 WAY SLI - Motherboard
Zotac GTX 480 AMP edition in SLI - Graphics card
Intel I7 920 (OC when I want it to) + Noctua NH-DH 14 (or something) - CPU

Just wanted to mention that, as that is what takes up space in the cabinet, hence is more important then say the stock ram.

I just want a cabinet that remains quite, and provides good cooling + doesn't look like **** (Flashy lights are not required) and can ship worldwide since I live in Norway, Amazon does ship worldwide on SOME goods.

As for the price of the case I'm not too concerned about it, as long as it's cool, and quite I can stretch quite far.

Does it have better cooling, is it more quiet?.

I agree that the cabinet looks BADASS though and I have seen it before, im just not very experienced when it comes to Cases, and cooling in general xD

I find that the HAF cases just look too gamey and immature and I got bored of the looks extremely quickly. I got the HAF-X and decided to get sth that looks sleeker.

Here are some good ones to look out

Corsair
Carbide 500r
650d
600t

CoolerMaster
650d Advanced

Fractal
Fractal Arc Midi - amazing for W/Cing in a relatively small case
Fractal R3 (more for silence than air cooling, but it cools great and sound absolutely silent)

NZXT
Phantom

These cases cool very nicely using air-cooling, and look very nice and sleek. My personal faves are the ones in Italics. There are cases from LianLi which are nice, but I just cant remember the numeric names and I left out Silverstone since they are more of a premium case brand.

Looks isn't too big of an issue for me, I'd gladly use a case imitating a dump, if it was 100% silent with the worlds best cooling.

I get so many recomendations from you guys and it's very good, but that also means Im stuck at a crossroad, what is the best xD.

This is the requirements i Have;

1. Spacious - Atleast fit my components
2. Easily accessible Harddrives
3. Good cooling, and pretty silent

Fractal Define R3 looked pretty neat, but Im not sure.

My brother has done some good reviews on cases of late.. His reviews are all on his forum and YouTube channel, check out Vortez Hardware site and see if any of those cases are what you are after smile.gif

I checked out his site at Vortez.net and his awards for 2011 and looked on his reviews of Cases.

It made me want to ask a question, how do one watercool the entire PC?, I am well aware that you can watercool the CPU, but is there a kit + case so that I can watercool my PC, does this bring down noise a lot?

Or is watercooling risky in the case of leaks (it's probobly always a risk but, is it a large risk for cautios inexperienced?.

Some toughts?

Thats best asked in the case mod section , or perhaps watercooling area of the forum. I have little experience with that.

dust is always a trade off when wanting good cooling. I went from an Antec 900 to a Lancool PC-K62 which is completely dust filtered and gr8 cooling and love it!
