Yeah, you really shouldn't be seeing water higher than 10C over ambient unless you're severely lacking in fans or radiators. 61C water would be a major failure. I'd have to say with a $200 budget right now, get a Rasa kit. The pump is the only major component of questionable quality, and they are covered under warranty. Any pump can fail, just as you can receive a DOA motherboard from a major company. Worst-case, if you feel the pump isn't up to your standards later, you can always upgrade when you add your GPU block.

thank you all for the help i will get this 250 monster and have a hauling ass machine after over clock i like the package and extra for 50 the rasa dont included so for 50 extra i get more and better quality too.

also as for the heat 61c i just wanted a kit the wont crack the acrylic because of water pressure and heat is all not that im going to be making a pc make 61c on water god no i would vent ac air in my computer to cool it down thats alot of heat.

also anybody know any ddr3 ram waterblock out there i want them in my rig
