Power Supply-OEM Missing Wire?

Hey guys. I'm beginning my very first computer build and while I was working with my power supply I noticed that one of the pins didn't have a wire going into it. This worried me alot, and I want to know if it's a big problem? I looked up the pin and the number in my motherboard instruction manual, and it's Pin 15, a Ground pin. Even though it's a ground pin, it still concerns me, shouldn't there still be a wire connecting to the Pin 15 slot? Here are some pictures to help:

I've also got some questions about the power supply itself. I'm trying to connect my 4-pin molex connectors to my fans, which is self explanitory, except for the fact my power supply has a 4-pin mini connector at the end of each molex. Basically the wire goes from the power supply, through 2 molex/peripheral connectors, then ends at a small 4-pin connector. Does this connector attach into one of the System Fan slots in my motherboard, or does it just stay unconnected to anything?

That is the -5v wire missing, it was removed from the ATX specifications some years back.. nothing to worry about.

The small connector in your last picture is a Floppy Drive connector.

I believe you're referring to Pinout 20 which was the -5V and is no longer included in the ATX connector.

That small 4 pin connector is for a floppy drive.
