Changing RAM Heatspreaders?

Basically, I am going to be running into a heck load of money soon (£1000) and I am going to keep my CPU / Mobo combo the same, so I am going to look at extras.

I had an idea, I want to create a color scheme inside my case (Black, Grey and Orange) as Orange is my current favourite colour, and Black and Grey already feature.

I am looking to buy a set of this:

Remove the heatspreaders and replace it with a set of these heatspreaders:

as the black PCB and Grey heatspreaders are just beautiful.
I would then sell my current Corsair, my spair Kingston, and the Kingston Modules with the Crucial heatspreaders on.

Would this be okay? and would it work?

I specifically want the black PCB with a Grey Heat Spreader.

Thanks!

Don't try and remove the heatspreaders on the ballistix. They are relatively tight and you might rip an IC chip off.
I know I tried to remove the heatspreaders on mine and it is just too damn sticky even with a blowdryer.

Are there any more black PCB RAM modules available cheaply?

Why don't you just tape up the ram rather well and paint the spreaders?

I would, by the Grey HyperX's have the heatspreaders I want, but green PCB's and I would like to go 100% on this badboy.

Although, in the specs list, it says black PCB.
