its the cpu at that voltage, i have one. the first 8120 i had was a real piece. but heated up the same as the one i rma'd. they get really really hot. the first 8120 i had ran at normal voltage but the one i have now ran the same as you are talking about. 1.3v.
on the cpu itself and the not the box it had a different part number which is an oem cpu, maybe you have the same. but the voltage is ok but they are really hard to keep cool.
I had what i thought was a great cooler but it just wouldnt do the job, ended up getting an H80 and it is still hard to keep cool. but on the cpu i rma'd 1.3v would overheat my cpu in seconds. so your cooler is better than the zalman Edited by l3ubba - 2/5/12 at 4:58pm
