There is no way you can get 5.8GHz at 1.55v stable for a long time. If it is reporting it correctly then that is amazing lol.
He's using dry ice on it for a max cpuz valid, so stability isn't a concern for him, but even so, it shouldn't be able to hit 5.8ghz with those voltages. I had to give my 955 1.7v to hit 5.85 on dry ice and it was an exceptional cpu (6.9ghz on LN2). So either CPUz isn't reporting it right, or it's the best 955 i've even seen, by a long shot.
For example: FtW's 955 needed 1.6v to hit 5.7ghz and it's #3 in the world on HWBot under LN2 (7.19ghz).
