Frankly can't go wrong with either of those two Brands, or specific graphics cards you linked, they're both good. thumb.gif

The Asus card @ $359 AUD linked is an original REFERENCE 6970, while the Sapphire @ $349 AUD is the Rev2 Reference 6970.

The Sapphire card is overpriced IMO on that site however as at one point you could buy it new from NEWEGG after MIR for only $300 USD, not sure of the conversion rate however.

sa-6970-2gd5-v2_thumb.jpg Personally I suggest you try to find this Sapphire 6970 IMO it's better than BOTH of those listed above for about the same $$. w/ AUS link for you. smile.gif

Heatsink and fan design are the most important factors in selecting a card. The dual fan design not only distributes airflow more evenly it also creates far less noise because the fans don't have to spin as fast.

You never want to buy a reference card unless you just have to. You can read the rest of the review here, or try this updated review.

Dual Cooling solution and dual fans for 25% better cooling and lower noise levels, a Dual Bios, higher factory overclock out of the box, the 2nd BIOS unlocks higher OC's, unlocks the PowerTune issue automatically for the end user (no need to go into CCC and manually make the adjustment anymore), added voltage and more aggressive cooling profile to push the OC's even higher yet. The internal components Chokes, VRams, MOSFETS, capacitors are higher quality than what's on the Asus Reference, the other Sapphire card has matching/similar components though.
