I hope it is better than the 7950 which said fail in cooling the card.
Checked the link just now and it works, maybe they had a server issue. I havent been able to find any reviews on it yet.

Does this cool properly? And how about the cooling power? How good is the cooling compared to a reference (480e) plus an Accelero Extreme (80e) vs a DCII 7970 (550e)? The DCII would be better for safety too, because there's no chance of breaking the card or anything.
Which one would give me the most overclocking headroom?
Yeah saw that. I havent kept TOO up to date since it seems to have turned out to an asus vs msi thread but Im sure it might have been a random act, Personally I dont like how they didnt put the backplate on the 7950 like they did the 7970, as much as that thing cost they should have, my $350 gtx570 came with one.
My experience with the dc ii cooler is that it cools great, and pretty quietly. I think its because the larger fans, they are a little more quiet. It has a lower sounding hum compared to many other cards with a higher pitch whine. Its not a completly even comparisson but with the msi 560ti TF2 vs the asus gtx570 dc ii the cooler is much more quiet on the asus, although the msi wasnt horribly loud it was just higher pitched so more annoying.
This link should help describe what asus puts their TOP labeled cards through, its nice how they bin the asus TOP versions.
