Water cooling coolant/fluid

Thread Starter
If I was to actually use coolant over distilled water or use a dye in distilled water, Which would be the best to use?

Fluids:

Primochill ICE
Feser One
Fluid XP+ Extreme Non-Conductive

Primochill Utophia for Distilled Water and using a dye bomb

Dyes:

Primochill Dye Bomb
Primochill Concentrated Dye Bomber

Would it be also best to use a killcoil or dead water? The utophia says it helps with that too, But dunno.

Just wondering about clog ups and staining tubes.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I bought a dye bomb and still have it sitting in the packaging. One quick Google search of "primochill dye bomb problems" scared me away from it so far. I'm using distilled however because I couldn't find a single advantage of coolants

I have pt nuke on the way, should be here in the next few days. Just got everything together two days ago. And I'm still considering a kill coil but enough people told me that pt nuke alone would work just fine that I probably won't redface.gif

Well I got red tubing, so i think i'll stay away from the colored coolant crap and just get a killcoil and dead water smile.gif

Besides distilled water is soo much cheaper and easily available smile.gif

Yeah it's the same, copper sulfate is what makes the magic happen. And good choice!

And just in case you thought the non-conductive marketing hype was real, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-yT7cvfo3o.
