I download the drivers from asus's website. I open them up with 7-zip. I press the setup.exe app and it just says 'Don't Support this platform.' What do I do? Should I use another program to open them?

Maybe you downloaded wrong OS drivers or 32bit instead of 64bit or the other way? Or maybe the card is not being detected. Does it need to be connected to the PSU? I know the DX Xondar does, I'm not sure about yours.

No it's 64 bit windows 7. I just redownloaded. Same results. DG doesn't need power connector. And W7 detects it via device manager.

You sure it is Windows 7? I recalled I once downloaded Vista x64 driver and got the same result.

Make sure the file name is PCI_DG_7_12_8_1794_W7.rar
