Hey guys. This new is super old. A lot of teams are developing anti-HIV solution. It takes 5-10 years to develop a vaccine/medication and get approval to do test on humans. They were only approved to use it on humans and you won't see this until a good 10-20 years on the market.
There is other projects working on actually curing infected HIV patient. This vaccine only prevent the HIV to infect you but once you got it, it's too late. As you should know, vacinne never work at 100%, so you will still have to use condom with new partner until you both do test and make sure the other isn't going elsewhere of course.
This is not going to change anything with your sexual habit, it is just an extra precaution in case you are in contact with infected blood or if you were too high/drunk to put a condom
Oh yea and just a reminder, when you get the HIV, there is a 10 years incubation period until you begin to have symptoms. Most of the time HIV infected human don't know they are infected!Edited by Just a nickname - 2/6/12 at 8:18am
