Yes, the P4 lineup of 775 CPUs had HT. No Core2's had it though.

Pentium 4 520 has HT, and that is on LGA775. Pentium 4 has HT alright.

My LGA 775 Pentium 4 641 has Hyper-threading... (note the core count compared to the thread count)

A large majority of LGA 775 Pentium 4s did, and even some Pentium Ds did too. The Core 2 based Pentium Dual-core and simply Pentiums, however, didn't.
