I see a SATA connector and a standard 4 pin molex connector. Does it have to have both or just one?

Usually there's a warning label to only plug one in. (or you'll fry it)

Lucky for you, you have the ability to do either without having to add a SATA to MOLEX adapter. Pretty cool design if you ask me
