Well that depends on your point of view. The rasa kit is made up of off the shelf custom loop parts and is put together in the exact same way. It can also be changed and expanded with other water cooling parts. So even if the rasa kit comes in a neatly packaged box it still qualifies as a custom loop in every way that matters.

And IMO the rasa radiator is just fine and the only slightly week part is the pump. If you want a kit with better parts then there is the EK-Waterblocks EK-KIT H3O that has a better pump and a separate res.
