Logitech must have money to waste. - Page 5

Logitech has sent me new mice for broken mice in warranty many times. As other have said, it may not be cost effective for them to have a bunch of spare parts lying around to replace broken products. You would have to pay staff to do repairs, etc. and ship spare parts, etc. It is likely not worth the cost for them since they already have good price margins on products.

Logitech is officially amazing.

After reading this thread, I decided to contact them about my nearly 3 year old G9 mouse that I had given up hope on. The feet were worn out and the left click was wonky sometimes. They are sending me a replacement nearly no questions asked. (Proof of purchase and a picture of the mouse showing I own it, which is expected) The only thing I mentioned were the worn out mouse feet. Good stuff.

Customer service like this is the reason I will continue to buy their products in the future.
