I honestly love this cooler, but I think I'm gonna move on to another one soon, it just looks... A bit to bland compared to other flaming red (literally) coolers on the market.

It's not a negative title, I just don't see it as cost effective for them.

I have 3 Harmony 900s ($350 remotes) because of Logitech's "we don't want the broken one back" policy. I bought 1, and it had minor cosmetic issues from shipping. So they sent another. Same thing. So they sent another. This one looked like new, as I expected from a brand new $350 remote. Oh, and I got 50% off because my old 880 broke (outside of warranty mind you) and was the reason why I upgraded to the 900. Now I have 3 of them, and they all work. 2 of them have minor cosmetic issues, and I would of sent them back if they asked. They said they didn't want them back. I gave one to my mom, and another to my best friend... they aren't as OCD about cosmetic damage.
And yes, for anyone looking to abuse this. Don't waste a companies money just because you can, and it is considered fraud if you get caught. That's jail time, and we should be happy a company like this offers services this good. Not abuse it...

I couldn't of said it better myself. I bought a razer mamba and it sometimes fails to respond to movement. After reading this thread I thought to myself "Razer is a pretty respected brand, let me go look at what their return policy is like" and I couldn't find one helpful thing in their support area regarding returns. It's about 3 years old so I doubt the warranty is still valid so I didn't bother calling the support number but it appears my next mouse should be a Logitech. Hard to argue with a company that does right by it's customers, even if it's out of necessity.
I still miss my Death Adder, got that was such an amazing mouse.

Didn't get a new mouse for my broken G5 because the warranty has run out, but I got a 50% code to use on the Logitech site for similar products, except the G600. The Logitech site is already twice the price of almost any other retailer.
Will try to get them to send me a G100 instead of me having to buy a G9x from them. As the Logitech G100 goes for 30 $ around ebay shipped and I get a 75 $ discount on the G9x
