Hey, I would suggest something else if you can snug in a little more over that $370 you are set on.
AsRock Extreme3 Gen3 Z68
G.Skill Sniper Low Voltage(1.25V) Series 8GB (2x4GB)
You can swap out the RAM, and get Corsair Vengeance 8GB kit or G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB kit. Either way they would perform very similar, but the 1.25V RAM are a niche better in my opinion.
The 2500K is highly regarded as the best performing CPU right now, and since it's well within your budget- I suggest you go INTEL this time.
Instead of going for the 960T with a Sabertooth, granted it's a very good combo and will suit your needs just fine, but the 2500K has the upper hand here, Ivy Bridge, Gen3, native Intel SATA 6gb/s. Only thing you would miss out is the 16x 16x CF/SLI b/w which you get with the 990FX chipset, but in real world it doesn't matter anyway with 8x 8x and it only applies if you are going multi GPU!
As for the GPU, I would choose this:
Has a $20 off promo code, and is a MSI TFIII GTX560Ti 448 core, is neck and neck with a GTX570, and will OC past it with ease.
Hope it helps.
Please take this post with a grain of salt, if you are set on AMD.
EDIT: Another TFII GTX560Ti 448 Core, apparently more cheaper (promo code + MIR)
Thank this guy
