There is no roadmap I'm aware of that has AMD stating they would have Performance Desktop APU's in 2013. The most current leaked roadmap states Vishera (Bulldozer architecture with Piledriver cores) will release this year and extend into next year. The original road map showed Bulldozer Architecture with Steamroller cores in 2013, but that may have changed. APUs for the mainstream and mobile markets, code named Kaveri (Steamroller cores with GPU) are slated for 2013 however. In other words, APUs are leading the technology and the performance desktop chips are following behind. An odd strategy, but when the bulk of your sales come from mobile and mainstream desktop, it's best to break your new ground there.

Correction: Trinity is Bulldozer Architecture using Piledriver CORES with an IGP.
Trinity, Vishera = whole chip name
Bulldozer = Architecture (and in the case of the current FX line, the type of cores as well)
Piledrive, Streamroller, Excavator, etc. = types of cores used.
