1.4875v seems too high for 3.5GHz and also 60c is too hot for that OC. Are you looking at the "CPU temp" or the "Core temp"?

If that is your CPU temp than it's fine depending on the CPU cooler you use, but if that is the Core temp than you shouldn't push your OC anymore. Look at the Core temp in your monitoring software and don't let it go beyond 60c.

What is your CPU cooler? At 3.5GHz my Core temps top @ 45c under stress and I use the stock voltage of 1.4125 to reach this OC.

It looks like your CPU is not much of an OCer rolleyes.gif

Using speedfan for Cpu temps and I agree I don't think I will get much more out of this chip but I have yet to really overclock the gpu so currently at 106 base clock x33 Multics gives me 3.49ghz and 1698 Mhz RAM I'm pretty happy with that. The fan and heatsink is Zalman performa 92mm its doing a fairly good job considering its whisper quiet even at 60c I love it so far . this htpc that will be playing blu-ray and light gaming on a 50 inch plasma so with SSD and nzxt gamma is whisper quiet at 3.5 that is fine with me smile.gif thanks for all the help btw
