I think thats just overkill on a laptop. Laptops are made for work/travel not to be a EXTREMELY POWERFUL GOD OF LIGHT. lol. It does look nice seeing terabytes and not gigs even in RAM. Thats awesome.

Wow...that thing is awesome. It's the price of a car, yet I bet it has intergrated graphics and 2 hours battery life :/

but it would be so much fun for it to be the main computer. You would be able to take it anywhere like to a friends house or on a car trip. I doubt it's integrated graphics. If they're going that insane on the hd and processor, they can't just wimp out on graphics. They'll probably put some kind of god speed graphics card on there too. The battery life is probably longer than standard laptops since everything is solid state.

"/ Integrated graphic controller [AtomChip® DVM (Dynamic Video Memory) "
Sorry to disapoint you guys , but it's integrated...
It's not for gaming , but for running stuff like:
Folding
Software that calculates the space of Universe
and some more folding...

I want to know the dirty details of that chip. Ops per cycle, Pipeline length. Cache sizes and latencies. Having a chip at 6.8ghz that is whooped by a 700mhz P3 is for idiots. Talk about the Mhz Myth

I wonder if the terabyte of RAM will be enough for Vista...

Wait.. I thought XP didn't recognize more than 3.25 Gbs of RAM?
I remember that...
A G4 at 833 mhz pwnd a P4 at 1.7 Ghz!!!
Good old times when apple was still with ibm/motorola.!:!:!:!:
The 64bit version of XP does support more RAM , if not the workstations wouldn't have 16gigs....
