It could be grounding issue. I've replaced a PSU to GS600 for another person. The computer will shut off if it is not grounded properly.

As others have stated this could be grounding issue. Had a similar problem with my secondary rig where it kept shutting down for no apparent reason even after changing the PSU.

What I did was disassembled the entire system, clean out the case and reinstall everything, and this was over a month and a half ago, it haven't shut down once since then and I am even using the same PSU.

This is just my experience still, it could be your PSU that is the problem in your case, you won't know until you so some troubleshooting of your own.

With the bouncing voltage on your 12V, I'd say PSU.. Even if it's not the fix to this particular issue, you don't want that happening.

Have you run the system outside the case to eliminate the chance it is grounding, even though I wouldn't "think" a grounding issue would cause the intermittent events like you describe.
