Not sure why you think my figures are wrong. They're pulled from the hardocp website and rounded to nearest whole percentage. Your right though I based my numbers off the highest vs highest achievable clocks. I would point out that there are some differences between your chart and what they got at the 1300 clock. Like Dues ex; they show only a 19% increase over reference and your chart that shows 31% difference.
