I feel the FX chips run way hotter then the phenoms. My NH-D14 kept my 1055t cpu temps under 65 at 3.8 and 1.45v

dont spread the paste, put a grain size dot and then mount the xpu, this way there wont be any air bubbles between the cpu and the block.

i had an n520..It will only handle a certain amount of heat output.For example..with a 2500k @ 4.6..the whole cooler was hot :lachen.gif:
and i think that's only around 120-130 watts....what your cpu puts out @ stock
As other have said..get a hyper 212+.Mx-4 is better for thermal grease
Dstoler...just had to get the bulldozer, didn't ya tongue.gif
neener neener.. i got a zosma..and it's awesome! tongue.gif
